1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains/scents.
All original tags and labels must still be attached to the garments.
Items marked as Final Sale, clearance items, undergarments, and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@chiclyglinty.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our support team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at info@chiclyglinty.com.
Please include clear photos of the defect or item along with your order number so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the garment.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your credit card company or banking institution.
